Clinical features of orbital cellulitis

Symptoms :
Swelling and severe pain which is increased by movements of eye or pressure. Associated symptoms include fever, nausea, vomiting, prostrations.

Signs :
Swelling of lids
Chemosis of conjunctiva
Eye ball is proptosed axially
Mild to severe restriction of the ocular movements
Congestion of retinal veins
