Neovascular glaucoma

It is an intractable glaucoma which results due to the formation of neovascular membrane involving the angle of anterior chamber.

Etiology :
Neovascularization develops following retinal ischaemia, which is a common feature of
Diabetic retinopathy
Sickle cell retinopathy
Central retinal vein occlusion
Eal's disease
