It is a benign tumor from "adult fat cell". It is called universal tumor or ubiquitous tumor and hence the ashorism : "when in doubt, hedge on fat "
I have had 3 Lipoma Surgery to remove Lipomas from my back, I still have other 2 lipomas now growing in my left shoulder. I wish I read this article before I had my surgeries, I agree with what the author says about Lipoma and dieting, I noticed every time I added weight the size of my Lipoma increased. I will try the recommendations on dieting. Thanks
